Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods

To start a return, please contact us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
